Royal Vopak: Nicoletta Giadrossi proposed as member of the Supervisory Board
During the Annual General Meeting to be held on 17 April 2019, it will be proposed to appoint Mrs. Nicoletta Giadrossi as member of the Supervisory Board as per that date.
Nicoletta has gained a broad international experience in executive and non-executive roles in the oil & gas industry and with private equity firms. The appointment will support to right-size the Supervisory Board and bring in additional energy markets expertise. Her business transformation skills and capital allocation expertise are valuable personal assets supporting the nomination.
