Vopak announces a multi-year share buyback program of up to EUR 500 million and commences the first tranche of up to EUR 100 million.
The first tranche of the multi-year share buyback program, of up to EUR 100 million, will commence on 26 February 2026 and end no later than 26 February 2027, barring unforeseen circumstances. Vopak will cancel the repurchased shares subject to the relevant board and shareholder approvals.
