Mitsui and Vopak have decided not to continue pursuing a previously-announced 50/50 joint venture regarding their tank storage activities in North America. The joint decision was reached after careful analysis of a number of unresolved issues, including the timing and outcome of all necessary approvals. The parties appreciated the opportunity to work together on this project
