Vopak announces the nomination of Mr. A. van Rossum as member of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Van Rossum brings additional expertise to the Board with more than 30 year experience in the banking and insurance industry, as Chairman of the Executive Committee (CEO) of Fortis from 2000 until the end of 2004 and earlier among others as Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company.

The nomination for appointment as member of the Supervisory Board will be on the agenda of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 27 September 2007 at the head office of the
Company. The agenda of the meeting will be published separately.

Mr. Van Rossum is currently member of the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse, member of the Supervisory Board of Solvay and Rodamco Europe, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
