Finance & Control supports the full business cycle. This starts with compiling the annual budgets and the financial assessment of proposed investment plans. But also, Finance & Control is responsible for the entire financial planning procedure and administration, ensuring that policies and procedures are in line with corporate guidelines and external standards, like the International Accounting Standards (IAS). At the end of the cycle, Finance & Control provides the quarterly and annual reports including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reviews, ranging from the level of an operating company to the corporate annual report.
Typical positions in Finance & Control are Divisional or Business Unit Controller, Business Analyst and Administration Manager, also more specialist roles in related areas like cash management in treasury.
