An internship is an excellent way to experience Vopak. There are opportunities for students to work with Vopak through an internship or work placements, varying in length between 3 to 9 months.
To be fair, the number of placements is limited: as a good internship is more than just ‘sitting with Nelly’ as we want to be able to give you a real project which should result in real deliverables, and provide you with sufficient means, assistance and feedback from your Vopak supervisor to make the internship a success both for you and Vopak.

How to apply for an internship

The types of internships vary greatly, from country to country and even between local Vopak operating companies. Therefore, most internship arrangements are made directly with the operating companies.
If you go to the open applications section, you will find a list of contacts for a number of operating companies in various countries. Select the operating company where you would like an internship, and submit your application to address mentioned. But remember, the number of placements is limited.
