The objects of Stichting Vopak are to promote the interests of Koninklijke Vopak N.V. (Royal Vopak) and of all those involved with this company or any of its affiliated companies in order to safeguard, among other things, Royal Vopak’s and these companies’ continuity, identity and independence.
